General conditions of participation
The surprise packages will be handed over for private use only. Selling bonus points or the content of the surprise package is forbidden. Per household you can only collect 100 bonus points per calendar year. Only original ONLINE Rabazzi bonus points may be used. Rabazzi bonus points that have been copied or printed from the website cannot be considered and are excluded. No legal recourse is permitted and no cash refund is possible. ONLINE reserves the right to exclude participants from the participation because of wrong information, manipulation or the use of unauthorized means. It is not possible to exchange the received surprise package for another surprise package.
Anyone with residence in Germany and a minimum age of 16 years can participate. Children under the age of 16 need parental consent in order to participate. Employees of ONLINE as well as their family members are excluded from participating.
The surprise packages will only be shipped within Germany. ONLINE will send the surprise packages by post (carriage paid) to the postal address that the participant has indicated. Your personal date (address, date of birth, e-mail, phone number) are only used for processing the Rabazzi bonus points campaign. In case the surprise package can not be delivered you will be contacted by phone or e-mail to validate the delivery address. Then the surprise package will be sent out one more time. In case the surprise package can still not be delivered or we can’t successfully reach you, ONLINE is not obligated to investigate any further. Please understand that in case the collector card gets lost on the postal way we can only send you the surprise package if you can prove that it was sent correctly, for example by registered letter with reply advice.
Exclusively applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. In case some of these regulations are or become invalid, the validity of the other conditions of participation are not affected. The conditions of participation can be modified by ONLINE at any time without notice.
