Mistakes happen - unfortunately, we do too from time to time! In this case, we apologise and regret that you are not satisfied with one of our products.

We ship your products ordered in the ONLINE shop within Germany within 2 to 3 working days after order confirmation.
Due to the current situation, however, we ask for your understanding if there may be longer processing and delivery times.

Yes, as soon as we have received your order, we will automatically send you a confirmation e-mail. If you do not see a confirmation email in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.
If you have created a customer account with us, your order will also be displayed there.

You will receive an email from us after your goods have been dispatched with tracking information.
You can either click on the link in the email to be redirected to the DHL website or enter the tracking number directly on the DHL website to check the status of your order.

This depends on your dispatch status. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and quote your order number. Once your order has been processed in the warehouse, we will unfortunately no longer be able to make any changes. Unwanted items must be returned and a new order must be placed.

Unfortunately, it can happen that our most popular items are no longer in stock from time to time. But don't worry - just send us the item you want with the article number to info@online-pen.de. We will be happy to send you an e-mail as soon as your item is back in stock.

As soon as you have sent and paid for your order, we will process it as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to make any subsequent changes. Any unwanted items must be returned to us and a new order must be placed.

You can return your order to us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

The nib can be easily unscrewed from the barrel and replaced on many models. You can find the original ONLINE nibs in stationery shops and in our ONLINE shop under Nibs & Writing tips.
Do you own the Vision fountain pen model? Please note: Very important is the small silver ring that is placed on the new nib when replacing the old nib.

You will find the Rabazzi points on all ONLINE standard ink cartridge boxes and ONLINE combi cartridge boxes.
Simply cut out the Rabazzi points, stick them on the collection card and send them to ONLINE. You can find more information and download the collection card here.
